While your device comes standard with a 3-year warranty, we recognize that its lifespan could extend far beyond that, and you’ll want to protect this valuable investment for many more years.
That’s why we offer an extended Standard Protection and Accident Protection plan, available for up to 5 or 10 years, giving you peace of mind for the long haul.
Note: Shipping costs are not included under the warranty and will be the customer's responsibility.
WHAT’S COVERED:
- Accidental Drops and Falls: Protection against damage caused by accidental drops, falls, or knocks.
- Spills and Liquid Damage: Coverage for any accidental liquid spills or exposure that causes damage to the device.
- Electrical Surge Damage: Safeguard against damage resulting from power surges or electrical failures.
- Mechanical Malfunctions: Protection for any mechanical or electrical failures not caused by misuse or natural wear and tear.
- Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH): Covers damage occurring through regular use, such as accidental drops or bumps.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED:
- Intentional Damage: Any damage caused intentionally by you or a third party is not covered.
- Mishandling: Damage resulting from improper use, handling, or storage is not covered.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Any damage caused by repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized individuals.
- Acts of Nature: Damage from natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, or hurricanes is excluded.
- External Causes: Damage caused by extreme temperatures, moisture, or environments the product wasn’t designed to endure.
- Lost or Stolen Devices: Loss or theft of the device is generally not covered under accident protection warranties.
- Product Modifications: Any modifications or alterations to the product that aren’t approved by the manufacturer are not covered.

*Replacement Warranty: If your device cannot be repaired, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.
*Exceptions: Amplifiers are not covered under this warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for amplifiers. Additionally, theft, loss, negligence, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, regular wear and tear, acts of God, floods, and fires are excluded from replacement.
